I am extremely disappointed with the services of Multani Law Group. One and a half year ago, I paid them a total of $$$ for assistance with my work permit and travel document. Later, I informed them that I did not wish to continue with the travel document. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the firm has not done anything regarding my work permit.
They now claim that only $$$was used for the travel document, but when asked for the same receipt dates one and a half year back they are not providing me with the same.And also refusing to refund the remaining $$$. Moreover, they did not take any action to apply for my work permit, which was the main purpose of engaging their services.
This experience has been highly unprofessional and disappointing. I feel misled and financially exploited. I would caution others to be very careful before trusting this firm with their money or legal matters.
