Improper service of Summons!? Wrong name+wrong address +wrong$= improper service. Taped to my friend's door last week- between 10/10-10/15 2025. ?s Violation of right to due process? Motion to quash? Applicability of: RULE 12? RCW 4.28.080? WA Civil Rule 60(b)? Violation of privacy? exposing PII of an unknown person to another. Violation of tenant rights? Wondering who got THEIR intended eviction summons and complaint? Was this was an in-house process server, employee? What does the affidavit of service claim? What proof of service do they have? In my opinion: Negligent, sloppy and unlawful! Are eviction clients like T******n new business? Perhaps stick to personal injury? 🤔 What a waste of time!
